REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. Deletion removes your profile, workout history, badges, social connections, and all logged fitness data. This action is immediate and irreversible.
FROM THE APP
- Sign in to your account.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete Account & Data in the Account section.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
IF YOU CANNOT ACCESS THE APP
Email support@thedogmindset.com from the email address registered to your account. Include your username and a clear request to delete your account and all associated data. We will process your request and confirm once deletion is complete.
WHAT GETS DELETED
- Profile, avatar, and personal details
- All workout history, sets, reps, and cardio entries
- XPaws scores, breed tier, and leaderboard rankings
- Badges, streaks, and achievements
- Social connections (fellow dogs, sniffs, challenges)
- Pack memberships and invitations
- Saved drafts and coaching applications
