How do I update my bodyweight?

Go to Profile → Details → Bodyweight. You can update it once every 30 days, as it drives your strength XPaws score.

How is my XPaws score calculated?

Strength sets are scored against your bodyweight, cardio by distance and time, and consistency by frequency and streaks. Tap the info icons on your Profile for full formulas.

Can I change my username?

Yes — tap EDIT next to your username on your Profile. Usernames must be 3–24 characters (letters, numbers, underscores) and must be unique.

How do packs work?

Visit The Kennel to create or join a pack. Pack owners can invite members. Pack scores aggregate member XPaws.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Delete Account & Data. This permanently removes all your data — workouts, badges, history, and connections.
